Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer an initial consultation?
Yes. We offer initial consultations via video or telephone for up to one hour at a fixed fee of £200. Face-to-face consultations are available at £240.
What areas of law do you specialise in?
We specialise in UK immigration and family law, including partner and family visas, British nationality applications, work and study routes, visit visas, sponsor licences, divorce and child arrangement matters.
Can you help if I have previously been refused a visa?
Yes. We regularly assist clients who have received refusals. We will review the refusal decision, identify the issues raised by the Home Office, and advise on the best way to address them. This may be by way of a fresh application or, where appropriate, challenging the decision.
What are your fees and how are they structured?
We offer both fixed fees and hourly rates depending on the nature and complexity of the matter. Full details of our fees are available on our website, and we will provide a clear quote following your initial consultation.
How long will my application take?
Preparation of your application typically takes 4–5 working days once all documents are received. Decision times are determined by the Home Office, Courts or Tribunals and vary depending on the type of application. We will inform you of the estimated timescales relevant to your case.
Do you guarantee success?
No solicitor can guarantee the outcome of an application. We will provide clear, honest advice and prepare your case to the highest standard, but the final decision rests with the Home Office or relevant authority.
What documents will I need?
The documents required will depend on the nature of your case and the work to be undertaken. We will provide a tailored document checklist and guidance following your initial consultation.
Do you offer face-to-face meetings?
Yes. Face-to-face consultations are available at our London office, as well as via video and telephone.
Can you assist businesses with sponsor licences?
Yes. We advise businesses on sponsor licence applications, compliance requirements and mock audits to ensure they meet Home Office standards.
